About me

Born in 1965 I live with my husband and two sons in Gauting near Munich. I love nature and reading thrillers. My favourite sports are TRX training, swimming and walking. My personal development and voluntary work are very important to me. A few years ago, I also discovered my interest in evolutionary psychology and neuroscience.

  • Over 30 years of professional experience, including over 25 years in leadership positions as Head of Financial Accounting & Controlling, Commercial Manager and CFO.
  • Since 1997 self-employed as interim manager, project leader and executive coach for over 30 projects.

  • Business management studies at AKAD, Rendsburg, specialising in personnel and organisation, graduate in business administration (University of Applied Sciences)

My working style

Due to my many years of leadership experience in companies of of varying sizes, industries and international diversity, I am able to quickly assess the respective situation at the company. My well-trained observation skills also help me to understand the interrelations. A wide range of professional tools complements my work.

I raise and address issues without unnecessary delay. My work approach is characterised by appreciation and diplomatic skills, as well as pragmatism and the and the consistent focus on solutions. As a practice-oriented, empathetic personality, I am coaching in cause-and-effect contexts.

My style is clear and open. Personal strengths such as active listening and solution orientation make me a valuable sparring partner. Additionally, humour is an absolute must for me. I enjoy creating an atmosphere of trust and helping people to leave old paths and habits behind to grow themselves and the organisation.
